Return and Exchange Policy

Products can be replaced within 2 hours from the time of delivery. Replacements are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of wrong products. Please be aware that slight imperfections, such as loose threads or delicate embellishments coming off, may occasionally occur due to handling during transit. These minor issues are a normal part of the shipping process and do not affect the overall quality or craftsmanship of the product and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please note: To be eligible for a replacement, a video must be recorded while opening the package for the first time. Videos recorded after unboxing will not be considered, as all items are thoroughly inspected by our team multiple times before dispatch

To initiate a replacement, send us a photo of the product along with the reason for the replacement on our WhatsApp number or email. Replacements are only applicable, if there was an issue from our end.  

Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

At Kanchan Fashion, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched with the utmost care and timeliness. Once your package is handed over to our trusted courier partners, the responsibility for timely delivery and the condition of the package during transit rests with the courier company. Please note that in the event of delayed deliveries, refunds or exchanges cannot be initiated solely due to a delay in shipment. While we work diligently with our courier services to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Guidelines for a valid return:

The product should be in original condition

The price tag should be intact and returned

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style) or damaged products are received by the customer.

In case the items returned by the customer don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to the customer accordingly

All returns are subject to the discretion of Kanchan Fashion. But we're a friendly bunch :) .

Products that have been customised or altered will not be exchanged. Used or worn products will not be exchanged at all. Do not ship any product back to us without getting a confirmation for exchange from us. We will email or Whatsapp you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation. Kindly note there is no refund/exchange policy if product is purchased from our offline stores or through Video call. This policy is strictly applicable to products bought from the website only. Kindly also note International packages (Packages sent outside of India) cannot be returned.
